What Prestige Gives You and What It Costs
Climbing Prestige Tower builds stockpiled luck. Prestiging converts that progress into permanent Prestige Luck to help you roll rarer cards. Check the proposed Luck change in the tower menu to see the upgrade you would receive.
The tradeoff extends beyond losing your collection: Prestige permanently strengthens enemies. The confirmation states that Boss strength is multiplied by 1.18 for every 100 prestige floors. Gojo's explanation excludes Infinite Tower from this enemy-strengthening penalty. Use the menu's Bosses preview to see the change for your current progress.
For climbing, checkpoints, and the tower's progress displays, see the Prestige Tower guide.
What Resets and What You Keep
| Cards, items, or progress | After Prestige |
|---|---|
| All cards | Reset |
| All items, including items purchased with Robux | Reset |
| Equipped Party and Support slots | Cleared |
| The Journey | Restarts at First Roll, stage 1 of 19 |
| Gamepasses | Kept |
| Skill Tree | Kept |
| SP | Kept |
| Prestige Tower progress | Kept |
Robux-purchased items and Gamepasses have different outcomes: purchased items reset, while Gamepasses stay. The confirmation warns that everything outside its keep list is permanently reset. Treat the final confirmation as a commitment to rebuilding your collection.
When to Prestige
Compare the proposed Luck increase with the Bosses increase, then weigh both against the value of your current collection. A larger luck multiplier helps future rolling, but you will need new cards to tackle the stronger enemies.
- Prestige now if the permanent luck upgrade is worth starting a new collection and you are ready to rebuild your team.
- Keep climbing if you want to accumulate more stockpiled luck before accepting the reset.
- Wait if you still want to use your current cards and items to finish other goals. You can pursue other luck upgrades while keeping your collection.
Gojo recommends Prestiging every 100 floors. Use that as a suggested cadence for reviewing your progress, not a minimum unlock requirement or a guaranteed best reset point. Make the final decision from your own Luck and Bosses preview and your willingness to rebuild.
Complete the Prestige Confirmation
- Open Teleport → Areas → Lobby and approach Scary Guy. In the Halloween-decorated lobby, look for the purple-and-white striped stall with pumpkins and cobwebs.
- Press E to talk, then select Enter to open Prestige Tower.
- Inspect your floor, stockpiled luck, and the proposed Luck and Bosses changes.
- Select Prestige! to open the confirmation menu.
- Read the reset and retention list. Select NO if you decide to keep your current collection.
- If you are ready, wait for the confirmation button's lock countdown to finish, then press Prestige! again.
- Look for Successfully prestiged! and your new Prestige Luck multiplier.
Rebuild After the Reset
- Start rolling again. Build a fresh collection with your permanent Prestige Luck. For the rolling controls and automation setup, use the rolling and Auto-Roll guide.
- Claim First Roll. The Journey restarts at stage 1 of 19. Roll a card if needed, then claim the reward once the objective is complete.
- Open Deck and equip your cards. Fill your Party with battle cards and equip Support as you obtain it. The restarted Gear Up objective asks you to equip a battle card. Follow the team-building guide for slot setup, card order, and support choices.
- Continue The Journey and resume battles. Follow the next objective and claim completed rewards; the quest guide covers individual milestones.
Your retained skills remain part of your rebuild, and retained SP is available for further upgrades. Choose your next investment around rolling or combat with the Skill Tree costs and priorities.
