Support Recommendations for Tower Battles
For multi-card tower encounters, Sovereign Will leads S tier, Rusted Chain and Starlight Blade sit in A tier, Hollow Mask Fragment is B tier, and Cracked Lens is C tier.
Sovereign Will combines immediate offense with value for the next teammate. Rusted Chain is the stronger defensive choice, while Starlight Blade rewards a card that stays alive long enough to keep attacking. Hollow Mask Fragment needs a usable low-health window, and Cracked Lens is less dependable because its protection is chance-based and one-time.
These tower recommendations favor reliable benefits, repeatable damage, and effects that help your queue after a card falls. Pair your support choice with the tower ability recommendations when choosing your main battle cards.
Effects and Trigger Conditions
The trigger determines when a support contributes: entry, repeated attacks, low health, kills, or death. For the abilities of the battle cards receiving those benefits, use the card and ability directory.

Equip Support Cards and Duplicates
- Open Deck using the spade-card icon.
- Switch to Support to display your owned support cards.
- Click a support thumbnail to add it to the separate Support column beside Party.
- To equip another copy, click the same thumbnail again while you have an additional owned copy and an open support position. You can equip two Rusted Chains in separate positions.
The later Deck interface has four Party slots and four Support slots. Support cards belong in their own column; your battle cards form the Party queue.
If the team is locked because it is fighting, finish the current battle or tower floor before changing its cards. For arranging the combat queue, see team building and card order; for stopping and resuming a climb, use the Infinite Tower guide.
Choose for Survival, Repeated Attacks or a Finishing Burst
- Your card dies before it can contribute: choose Rusted Chain. Its 20% maximum HP increase helps immediately. When the supported card dies, its killer permanently loses 30% attack, giving the next teammate a less dangerous opponent. This makes it a better survival default than relying on a dodge.
- Your card survives several attacks: choose Starlight Blade. Every third attack deals 2.5× damage. If that boosted attack kills an enemy, the next attack keeps the damage bonus. Favor it when your card can reach the third attack and continue fighting afterward.
- Your card secures kills before another teammate takes over: choose Sovereign Will. It grants 35% attack on entry, and the next card gains 30% attack per enemy killed by the current card when it enters. Its immediate boost remains useful even before the first kill; the transfer adds value when another teammate follows.
- Your card can attack while below half health: consider Hollow Mask Fragment. It grants 45% more attack while HP is below 50%. Choose it for a low-health finishing burst when the card can survive to take that attack. If it dies before acting, favor Rusted Chain instead.
- You want a chance to avoid one attack: use Cracked Lens. Its 30% chance to dodge once is not a guaranteed first-hit dodge or an ongoing dodge bonus. Keep it as a lower-priority defensive option when the more dependable supports are available.
